Purchased the most beautiful pair of black boots which are the most fantastic quality.
Very comfortable and elegant love them.

Todays date 18/09. Ordered on 8/09 order confirmed 11/09 no delivery am told I’d have to wait 48hrs whilst they investigate before sending replacement. To much time spent trying to find phone no. Or email address, so this is internet sales not a good experience

Excellent service, quickly arrived, well protected & wrapped.
Not too happy with paying £4.95 for the returns. Other large retailers do not charge for returns so I will not be ordering online with LK Bennett again. I’ll wait until
I shop in Bath/London as we don’t have a store in Cardiff.

Sadly my dress didn’t arrive and they didn’t try deliver it again. I purchased it when it was reduced and I wasn’t offered it at that price if I reordered it again!?

I was so disappointed when not receiving it but even more disappointed at the customer service I received after contacting LK Bennett

Purchased the Navy sling back shoe and the pale blue gladiator sandal.

I love my new Floret shoes which I bought in Nappa Black leather and patent beige. However, I had a terrible experience with the carrier Evri who delayed my delivery and did not get in touch with me for five days . Magdalena at LK Bennett’s customer care was marvellous and got the delivery moving again but I would seriously ask you to reconsider using Evri going forward.

I ordered a dress from the website However the following day I got an email to notify me that the dress was actually out of stock and therefore my order couldn't be fulfilled. This was disappointing as not only did I not get the L K Bennett dress but also I lost the alternative dress option I had in mind as that was sold out by that point of time, leaving me with no option to wear a dress for the wedding. L K Bennett should be more up to date and real time with logistics as a high value brand and I expected better.

I will never buy anything from this shop again. I bought a pair of shoes and a matching bag for my daughter’s wedding. All good. On the second time of wearing the heel of one of the shoes collapsed. Repair/replace/refund? Not without a receipt, end of interaction so I’m left with a bag that matches broken shoes.

I ordered online, the process was simple and straightforward. My shoes are beautiful as always, the only disappointment is the lack of half sizes in a lot of your styles, I’ve had to buy insoles because the shoes are a half size too big.

Only 2 members of staff on the shop floor. Slow and forgetful service. Both behind the till, leaving customers to try on she’s themselves and clothes alone, not by the fitting rooms. The Hispanic woman started talking badly about another customer, to her colleague, also standing behind the till, infront of me. Really terrible service for a shop I once trained in myself so I understand what is expected of the staff and the level of service that should be given. I could have spent a lot more then I did today but decided it was not worth it due to how bad and embarrassing the service was. The other member of staff told me the clothes downstairs were not worth going down to see, in her opinion..
